Pickup will be only by appointment after auction closing from 12/3 to 12/6 from 10 AM to 5 PM and 12/8-12/9 from 10 AM to 5 PM at 3615 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122. We utilize scheduled pickup by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
For all bidders, a credit card pre-authorization of $50.00 will be required when registering for an auction. This 24hr authorization will go back to the card. Funds are released by Walker Auctions after 24 hours of being charged, but some banks can take up to a week to credit your account. $50.00 credit card authorization is a separate transaction and does not come off the total of the invoice
Firearms: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and a $10 FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the buyer's premium forfeited. You must be 18 or older to purchase a shotgun or rifle. You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition.
Firearm Transfer: Any firearm being shipped or being purchased by an out of state resident MUST be shipped to an Federal Firearm Licensee.
1. Buyer's Premium
A buyers' premium of fifteen percent (15%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction
lot.
2.Disclaimer
Walker Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot.
Printed statements or descriptions by Walker Auctions staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. All lots sell as is, with all faults. Walker Auctions and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise.
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments.
3. Auction Ending
If a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes remaining for an auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes. Bidding will continue until a five (5) minute period passes with no additional bids.
This auction will end with a staggered closing. This means that at the stated auction closing time, not all lots will close simultaneously. The first ten lots will close, then, after three minutes the next ten will close, and so on until all items in the auction have closed. This way, if you are bidding on items on multiple pages, they will not all close at the same time without your final bids being entered.
4.Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.75% will be charged for all untitled items.
5.Payment
All buyers must pay for their purchases in full at the conclusion of the auction. For this sale, we will only accept money order, cashier's check, cash, or bank wire. Walker Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of
the property.
6. Local Pickup
Pickup will be only by appointment after auction closing from 12/3-12/6 and 12/8-12/9 from 10 AM to 5 PM at 3615 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122. We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over. Any items left after the specified load-out items will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
7. Shipping
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options. Please email your shipping questions to [email protected].
If you need your firearm shipped, send us your FFL Dealer’s information within 24 hours of the auction closing. Please provide the name, address, and phone number as well as a copy of their current license. A $10 transfer fee will be charged for firearms being shipped.
8. Debt Collection and Interest Charges
The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Walker Auctions in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Walker Auctions. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Shelby County, Tennessee.
9. Age Requirement
All bidders must be 18 years of age or
older.
10. Bidder Information and Security
All registration information the bidder provides to Walker Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Walker Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
11. Technical Problems
Bidder agrees to hold Walker Auctions harmless for any power outages, insufficient internet connections, or technical issues that may arise.
12. Unexpected Early Closing
If the online auction closes prematurely Walker Auctions has the opportunity to activate the auction and allow it to continue to be active until the contractual closing. The bids will continue as they were prior the unexpected closing.

14. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
