Shipping and Hauling FAQ's

Shipping FAQ's

Why am I charged a handling fee?

Handling fees help cover the costs associated with packing supplies and labor required to prepare an item for shipment. These fees are typically charged in addition to the shipping feeds and are meant to compensate for time and materials (such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.) involved in packaging the item securely and safely for transportation. Please note that shipping and handling fees will vary depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as the destination.

Why am I charged a bring back fee?

Bring back fees are added to shipping/item invoices if we have an auction that is not located at our office in Nokmois. This fee is to help cover the cost of bringing the item(s) back to the auction house to then be picked up or shipped.

How long does it take for my item to ship once the sale ends?

The number of auctions we have going through our shipping department at one time fluctuates throughout the year. Our shipping department does the best they can to get items packed as effciently as they can.

Can you hold my items until the next auction because I am planning on buying on that sale too?

We prefer to ship items out per auction because that holds up our shipping department and we do not have the space to hold items for an excess amount of time

How much will my shipping cost?

This is dependent on the number of items you purchase, size of the box, and packing material required.

Hauling FAQ's

What does it cost to have my item hauled?

$3-4 per loaded mile over 500 miles plus other expenses. If less than 500 miles, a hot shot will be used depending on what the item(s) are being hauled.
